HOW TO CANCEL A PRIVATE MUSIC LESSON
Step 1
Log into our Student Portal Opus1, and find the lesson you wish to cancel and select the blue “cancel” button.
Step 2
Once that is selected, our cancellation policy will pop up. If you wish to proceed, press the red “continue with cancellation” button.
Step 3
After selecting “continue with cancellation“, a credit will be added to your account as “(instrument) make-up lesson“. This credit will be available for you to schedule on your own time. (Max of 5 credits per year)
